Tarot Perspectives: 8 of Pentacles, August 26

Here we go with the Pentacles again. The 8 of pentacles.

 I see this tarot card  a lot. I realize when cards pop up repeatedly it's supposed to mean you haven't gotten the message, but if it means the beginning of a new project then, fine. That's true. If it means more work is needed, believe me I've got the message. I know I have more work to do; I always have more work or writing to do. Some might say I'm a bit of a workaholic as far as my work goes, my writing and so forth.  As soon as I finish one story, another pops into my head. :)

The fact of the matter is, I just finished something that is on its way to my final editor and I have a galley of something else to sit down with.So yep. I get it.

Or if it's a sign--you take this work thing  thing too seriously. That might be true. (My writing ladies would agree, I'm sure!)

Biddy Tarot's site says the 8 of Pentacles means learning a new skill, which, of course, as far as tarot goes, I  am. Diligence and hard working describes me. Perseverance, yep (some might say I'm hard headed ). So if the question is "what energies do I need to work with" my question with this card draw would then be, when do I  get a break and to go out and enjoy that countryside in the background of the Smith-Waite Centennial Deck? Hopefully, soon!
