(A Meme by Mailbox Monday)
Well, I haven't got much lately, for review anyway, but I did pick up a few things with ye ole Christmas Barnes and Noble gift cards. What were my choices, you ask? well, I'll tell you. A fantasy/post-apocalyptic (possibly Steampunk??) novel, Lamentation by Ken Scholes.
and Otherland by fantasy author Tad Williams (as I've heard it has Alice in Wonderland overtones, of course.)
and Kitty Takes A Holiday by Carrie Vaughn...
and last but not least a friend of mine got me curious about Karen Marie Moning's Fever series so I picked up Darkfever,
. So look for reviews (or maybe not, depends on what I think of them) for those books eventually.

Oh, between a gift card to B&N and the amazon gc's I've earned and one won, I've been doing good at getting books. Reading them, well, that's a whole different story... Sigh.
Today waiting for the UPS guy to bring Lauren Willig's The Orchid Affair...
also got this week Instant Attraction by Jill Shalvis, Kieran Kramer's Dukes to the Left of Me, Princes to the Right, Nicola Cornick's Mistress by Midnight, How to Woo a Reluctant Lady by Sabrina Jeffries...
last week at B&N got Neil Degrass Tyson's Death by Black Hole and Einstein's Telescope by an author that I can't see the name from here.
Beginning of the month saw Quinn/Brockway/James's The Lady Most Likely to, Undertow by Cherry Adair (okay, here, the cover got me, I'll admit it), and Maya Bank's No Place to Run. Still have to read Maya Bank's first one too. Just too many to deal with! LOL

Maya Banks are ones I've been eyeing too, Lois. Let me know what you think of it! :)
